The Lead Facilitators...

Arun Wakhlu, born in 1955 (Kashmir, India) is the Chairman and Managing Director of Pragati Leadership Institute Pvt. Ltd., Pune, India. He has worked in the Tata Administrative Service, as a member of the leading Tata Group in India. Arun holds a Bachelor of Technology (Elect Engg.) from the Indian Institute of Technology (Delhi), and a Masters in Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Management (Ahmedabad, India). He has designed and facilitated many innovative leadership development programs for many leading Indian and International organizations He has also conducted workshops and presented papers at many International Conferences in Australia, USA, Switzerland, Sri Lanka, Mauritius and Oman. As the author of the award-winning book ”Managing from the Heart”, Arun has helped pioneer and operationalise the concepts of ”Wholesome Development” and “Wholesome Leadership” aimed at unfolding inner and outer freedom for prosperity with peace. He is also a visiting faculty at the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, facilitating a course on “Corporate Ethics”.

 

 

Wilfried Claus born in 1954 (Belgium) is Director Human Resources & Organisation of Teijin Twaron BV. Prior to joining Teijin Twaron BV, Wilfried worked as a Director of the Strategic Development Group, Director of Human Resources for Ericsson Telecommunication in the Netherlands and as Corporate Vice President of ASML. Before this he held a position as Senior Management Consultant at Berenschot, a leading consulting firm in the Netherlands.
Wilfried holds a degree in Psychology from the University of Leuven and an Executive MBA from Columbia University in New York. He participated in The Challenge of Leadership program at Insead, Fontainebleau. In his search for the truth on leadership and change he has studied the concept of Wholesome Leadership in India for a number of years including various visits to businesses that have put this concept into practice.
